Creation and consolidation of the Linux Team technical Wiki

Context

Operational knowledge was spread across procedures, notes and individual experience. It needed to be unified into a shared and maintainable reference.

Approach

I created and consolidated the Linux Team Wiki and defined its structure as a technical knowledge base. It was then populated by the whole team, mainly by Jorge Fuentes and me, with guides, runbooks, troubleshooting, standards and operational procedures.

Outcome

A centralized reference for onboarding, troubleshooting, daily operations, standardization and knowledge transfer, reducing dependence on individual knowledge.
